The IT Assistance Center (ITAC), a unit of Technology Resources, is the one-stop-shop for your technology related needs and questions. ITAC offers full service IT support for Texas State faculty, staff, and students. The ITAC Service Desk (Call Center and LiveChat) offers hours of operation: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, and 365 days/year.
