SPAN 4340 Open to Enrollments
SPAN 4340 Advanced Spanish Grammar and Stylistics is now open to enrollments. E-mail assignment submission are available for this course.
New Course Fees
Effective September 1, 2007, Course fees for all correspondence study courses are $161 per credit hour for undergraduate courses:
  • Three credit hour undergraduate course—$483
  • Four credit hour undergraduate course--$644
and $211 per credit hour for graduate courses:
  • Three credit hour graduate course—$633
MC 4382L is now available online
To access the course website, contact the Office of Correspondence Studies. A $10-per-credit-hour online fee applies. Those taking MC 4382L online need not purchase the MC 4382L study guide.
Late Afternoon and Evening Testing at the Texas State Testing Center
Beginning January 17, 2007, students may schedule an exam for a Texas State correspondence study course for a Wednesday or Thursday at the Texas State Testing Center, located in Lower Commons, Room 100. The latest students may begin an exam will be 6:00 pm, and the Testing Center will charge students a $20 exam administration fee, due at the time the exam is administered. To schedule an exam at the Testing Center, contact the Office of Correspondence Studies.
Fee for Texas State Transcripts
As of January 1, 2006, Texas State correspondence study students no longer receive a complimentary Texas State transcript upon completion of a correspondence course. Transcripts continue to be available from the Registrar’s Office, 111 J.C. Kellam Building, and may be requested in person, by mail, or by fax at 512.245.2367. The cost is $5 per transcript, payable by check, cash, or credit card. For more information, refer to the website of the Registrar's Office.
Fees for Exams at the Office of Correspondence Studies
Students who are taking an exam in a Texas State correspondence study course at the Office of Correspondence Studies still pay no exam administration fee.

The exam administration fee for students who wish to take an exam in a non-Texas State course at the Office of Correspondence Studies is now $40 per exam.
Fee for Exams at the Round Rock Higher Education Center
The Round Rock Higher Education Center now charges a $20 exam administration fee for students who wish to take an exam in a Texas State correspondence study course at that location.
