This program is designed for students who are interested in becoming an elementary classroom teacher, with a focus on reading. The program requires two semesters, in which nine hours of teacher education courses are offered in the Round Rock elementary schools, affording students the unique opportunity to receive instruction from two Texas State faculty members and to interact with elementary classroom teachers.
